25名2012年的太古企業領袖培訓生於2013年5月6日至5月17日期間舉行了一個名為「The Hero Auction」的慈善拍賣會，義賣一些在訓練活動中向路人收集得來的物品。拍賣會得到同事的鼎力支持，共籌得港幣40,292元（當中包括太古集團慈善信託基金的港幣10,000元善款配對）捐贈予為香港基層人士提供食物援助的聖雅各福群會眾膳坊。

來自國泰航空的尹騫（Kia）和袁靖喬（Jacky）代表一眾培訓生分享拍賣會的由來和在過程中獲得的啟發。

Twenty-five volunteers from the Swire Management Trainee Programme batch of 2012 organised 'The Hero Auction' from 6th May to 17th May 2013 to support St. James' Settlement's People's Food Bank, a group that provides food for low-income earners. With generous support from colleagues at Swire, they raised HK$30,292 at the auction, with the Swire Group Charitable Trust contributing a further HK$10,000 to this worthy cause.

Kia Yin and Jacky Yuen from Cathay Pacific represent their batchmates and share about the priceless lesson learnt with small acts of kindness from strangers.
