於港龍航空任職機長的Les Gordon擔任「港龍航空飛行證書計劃」的義務機師學長，在一次飛行前發現同機的二副機師竟然就是三年前曾接受他指導的計劃學員容浩（Frankie）﹗在本片中Les會分享如何透過自己的專業知識和人生經驗鼓勵Frankie和其他計劃學員追尋夢想，而Frankie則會談到Les這位良師益友怎樣以自身的故事，激勵他向著成為機師的理想進發。

Captain Les Gordon, a voluntary pilot mentor for the Dragonair Aviation Certificate Programme, turned up for a flight briefing and surprisingly encountered his mentee Frankie Yung, who has become a Second Officer. In this video, Les will share how he used his knowledge and experience in encouraging Frankie and other youngsters alike to reach for their dreams. Frankie, meanwhile, will talk about how Les's own interesting story made him determined to become a pilot.
