Rope skipping is a type of physical training. It’s a fun way to move and can also strengthen coordination between your hands and feet. Kathy and Sum Yi from the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Team will be showing you some basic rope skipping skills in a video by InspiringHK Sports Foundation. Through this exercise, kids and adults can relax together at home while strengthening their immune systems.
