国家地理探险家佘国豪(Stan)于攻读硕士学位时对海洋生物学产生浓厚兴趣,机缘巧合下更加入了国际海洋保育组织Bloom Association。"数十年前,香港本地海鲜产量极高,足以满足近90%本地需求,然而现时本港至少有90%食用海鲜须由进口而来"。他希望透过提倡选购环保海鲜,从而保护香港渐变脆弱的海洋生态,"市民在选购海鲜时,应避免食用濒危海鲜,例如港人热爱的蓝鳍吞拿鱼、波士顿龙虾、鳗鱼、红衫鱼等"。环保海鲜物种远比濒危海鲜为多,守护海洋绝非难事。 Stan:"如果每个人愿意多行一步,甚至只是每天一餐选用环保海鲜,已是推动保育香港海洋生态的一大步"。
