“Building Community, Building Tung Chung”: Encouraging diverse activities that support physical and mental development

Through its “Building Community, Building Tung Chung” initiative, TrustTomorrow has been organising six online activities each month to help promote family wellbeing, as the pandemic continues to keep students at home.

The varied activities include parent-child games, sports activities, career planning and counselling, and more. Participants are also given games and sports equipment so they can follow the online courses and try out different activities at home.

The feedback has been very positive. Parents described how the online activities inspired their kids to put down their mobile phone and exercise together at home.
