Class stops, exercising doesn’t!

To help everyone stay in shape, InspiringHK Sports Foundation produced a series of workout videos that prove just how much fun it can be to exercise at home. As part of the “Building Community, Building Tung Chung” project, InspiringHK Sports Foundation is teaming up with Swire Trust’s TrustTomorrow to boost spirits through physical exercise with a series of online and offline activities in Tung Chung.
