Building new lives for the marginalised group
COVID-19 has led to an economic downturn, with members of the marginalised communities losing their jobs or even homes. Run by ImpactHK, ‘29’ is a community centre which provides career training and job opportunities for people who are experiencing homelessness. One of the beneficiaries include Ah Lik, who is now joining ImpactHK as a full-time assistant, helping other homeless individuals achieve self-sufficiency.
