Swire Properties purchased a 50% interest in a large-scale mixed-use development in Shanghai. The landmark project, later named HKRI Taikoo Hui, consists of a retail mall, two offices and three hotels/serviced apartments. The development is expected to open in phases from 2016 onwards.
