China Healthcare Investments Limited acts as the holding company for a minority interest in Columbia China Healthcare Co., Limited. Columbia China is a healthcare services provider based in Shanghai. Established in 2013, the company builds, owns and operates private general and speciality hospitals, clinics and senior living facilities, primarily in the Yangtze River Delta area. Columbia China’s principal shareholders are US healthcare provider, Columbia Pacific Management (CPM) and Singapore-headquartered Sheares Healthcare Group, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.

Swire has made an investment in DeltaHealth, a healthcare provider on the Chinese Mainland specialising in cardiovascular care. Deltahealth operates Shanghai DeltaHealth Hospital, a general hospital focusing on cardiovascular diseases, as well as DeltaWest Clinic, an outpatient clinic in the Gubei area of Changning district, to serve residents in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta.
Swire has a financial interest in Green Monday Holdings, a business that produces and distributes plant-based food products across Asia and beyond. Green Monday Holdings comprises OmniFoods, a food tech company which creates its own range of alternative protein products including OmniPork, OmniPork Luncheon, OmniPork Strip and OmniEat; and Green Common, which operates a chain of health food retail and dining outlets. Green Common is also a wholesaler and distributor of plant-based foods in over 10 markets. Green Monday is ranked No. 32 on the Fortune 2020 “Change the World” list, which recognises successful companies whose core business activities make a positive social change.
