Our Summer Internship Programme gives exceptional students the opportunity to get a head start on a career with Swire. Most importantly, you will be trained to recognise opportunities, take the initiative, give back to the community, and lay solid foundations for your career.
The aim of the Programme is to provide opportunities for a selected number of outstanding students who are passionate about joining Swire and understanding our businesses through hands-on experience.
The internship commences in July 2013 and lasts between six – eight weeks, depending on the project requirement. To begin the Programme, candidates will go through a comprehensive induction to gain a better understanding of Swire's core business values and structure, as well as its latest developments. Interns will then be posted to one of our operating companies, like Swire Properties Limited or Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, to work on a specific business-related project in Hong Kong or Mainland China.
We offer formal mentoring and performance feedback throughout the Programme, to help you prepare for your future corporate life. Plus, after your internship, you will be given an opportunity for early selection into The Swire Group Staff Management Trainee Programme in 2014.
