Four principles form the cornerstones of Swire's CSR initiatives - principles that have guided our business operations for 190 years:

• We are committed to engaging our staff and our communities in our CSR initiatives.

In 2005, we launched an internal programme to further staff engagement with CSR issues. This was followed by staff volunteering workshops and a series of training sessions on our Code of Conduct in 2006.
