Offices
Cityplaza & TaiKoo Place
The thriving business community of Cityplaza and TaiKoo Place, along the eastern foreshore of Hong Kong Island, is both home to a wide range of multinational and local corporations, and a major destination for shoppers.
The commercial developments occupy approximately 9.76 million sq ft (approximately 907,000 sqm)* of space in Swire Island East. Connecting directly with MTR Tai Koo station, Cityplaza incorporates three Grade-A office towers that provide a total of over 1.63 million sq ft (approximately 152,000 sqm)* of office space. TaiKoo Place houses six Grade-A office buildings and three techno-centres, all linked to the MTR interchange at Quarry Bay, and via upgraded walkways, to both Cityplaza and Taikoo Shing.
One Island East, a 68-storey triple Grade-A office building, was completed in 2008. This development will add around 1.54 million sq ft (around 143,000 sqm)* office space to the portfolio.
Festival Walk
Completed in 1998, Festival Walk's special low-rise office building, boasts full-height, solar-reflective walls and a central atrium flooded with natural light. The office tower offers a total of approximately 229,000 sq ft (over 21,000 sqm)* of office space.
One Citygate

Citygate Outlets
Citygate Outlets is the first and only outlet mall in Hong Kong with over 462,000 sq ft (about 43,000 sqm)*, with a total of 86 tenants. Easily accessible by public transportation, the mall comprises a six-screen cinema, various food & beverage outlets and a 440-room Novotel Citygate Hong Kong.
Cityplaza
Cityplaza is the largest shopping mall on Hong Kong Island by GFA, spanning a total floor area of approximately 1.11 million sq ft (approximately 103,000 sqm)*. Directly accessible from MTR Tai Koo Station, the six-level mall houses about 170 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, with around 1,900 parking spaces beneath the mall and the adjacent Taikoo Shing - Sing Fai Terrace Carpark.
Festival Walk
Adjoining the office block at Festival Walk is a shopping mall with over 980,000 sq ft (over 91,000 sqm)* of retail space, accommodating 218 retail and catering outlets.The mall provides direct access to the MTR Kowloon Tong interchange station, and 830 car parking spaces.
Island Place
An over 150,000 sq ft (around 14,000 sqm)* community shopping centre next to MTR North Point station, Island Place is 60% owned by Swire Properties. Spreading over four levels, the retail mix of Island Place includes fashion and accessories, household and leisure, supermarket, restaurants and food court, as well as the many general services providing daily necessities.
Pacific Place
Pacific Place has been a premier shopping destination in Hong Kong.
Accommodated in over 711,000 sq ft (over 66,000 sqm)* of space are 131 retail and catering outlets, including department stores, boutiques, international label outlets and the six-screen AMC Pacific Place cinema.

In 2008, the Swire Properties launched Swire Hotels to create and manage intriguing urban hotels in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the United Kingdom, aimed at providing an exceptional experience for travellers who seek individuality, style and personalised service.
- The Upper House
Situated within the Pacific Place portfolio in Hong Kong, The Upper House, launched in October 2009, is a small luxury hotel operated by Swire Hotels. The name, "The Upper House", is derived from the design philosophy of an upward journey from Queensway to Pacific Place, a serene house rising above the bustling city.
- EAST
A second hotel operated by Swire Hotels in Hong Kong, EAST in Swire Island East is opened in January 2010. It is positioned as a lifestyle business hotel created for business travellers looking for a relaxed, convenient and contemporary environment. The hotel is close to MTR Tai Koo station and Cityplaza. Complementing Swire Island East’s portfolio, EAST enhances Island East’s prominence as a fully integrated business, leisure and lifestyle hub.
